This is a bouillon cube pressing wrapping boxing machine line for a customer from Serbia, whose products contain: chicken bouillon, beef bouillon and so on.
The line contains one pressing machine, one metal checker, two wrapping machines, transportation conveyor, and one boxing machine. It finishes the process from powder to be boxed products automtically. Save much labor cost and it's very efficient.
The total line can get 360 cubes per minute, 60-70 boxes per minute.
There is a special request in this line: the metal checker, it's used to detect if there is metal in the cubes, if so the machine will kick the cubes out just leave cubes whithout metal.
