A Turkish customer’s 540pcs/min shrimp bouillon cube press wrapping tray packing and 3D wrapping machine line

This is a shrimp bouillon cubes carton tray packing line: 540pcs cubes per minute. 

The line is from shrimp bouillon cube pressing to shrimp bouillon cubes wrapping with film, finally shrimp bouillon cube carton trays wrapping and sealing with transparent film.

The line contains one shrimp bouillon cube pressing machine, three shrimp bouillon cube wrapping machine, one shrimp bouillon cube carton trays packing and 3D wrapping machine.

The shrimp bouillon cube pressing machine has two exits, which are collected by the conveyors and connected to the three shrimp bouillon cube wrapping machines, then workers collect wrapping shrimp bouillon cubes together and place them into carton trays by hand, finally the shrimp bouillon carton tray packing and 3D wrapping machine will wrap and seal the transparent film arount the carton trays. 

There are 48 shrimp bouillon cubes in each carton tray, arrangement is 4*4*3.
