This machine consists of two parts,incolud stacking conveyor and the box qutomatic tray packing sealing machine.

The stacking conveyor's system can arrange the dishwasher tablet cube to be customer requested stacking method, like one layer 4 rows and 4 columns or other stacking method.

The customized dishwasher tablet cube automatic tray packing sealing machine can automatic feed trays, glue them and fold them, finally seal. At the same time single products are stacked by arrangement system(stacking method is according to customers' request,can be customized),and then the stacked products are pushed into the glued carton tray. Finally, finished packed products (one layer 16 tablets in each box)are transported out by the conveyor.
